About US

The idea of Geeks Online came to me, one night in 2004 while sitting on my couch in Omaha, Nebraska helping my mother-in-law, who resides in Florida, with her recent computer problems. I realized with the amount of people asking me for computer help, that I had a skill that was in demand. I wanted to provide remote technology support to anyone with internet access. Finally, on January 4, 2007, Geeks Online was born. We started out by simply providing computer cleanup and virus removal. Since then we have grown to a staff of 5 and have expanded to supporting large corporate customers, small businesses as well as our traditional home business user and individual customers. Currently, we provide a wide spectrum of support services including virus removal, hosting services, managed services, and software training. We are also a hardware and software reseller. As long as we have access to your computer system via the internet, we can fix most issues from anywhere.
